Insert a new contact lens each morning and throw away the lens after wearing.

Remove right lens from case and manually rub the lens to clean off any debris.
Insert right lens into eye.
Repeat steps for left eye.
Dispose of used cleaning solution (Opti-Free or Clear Care) in the contact lens case and let the case air dry throughout the day.
After wearing the lenses, fill the case with new cleaning solution.
Remove the contact lenses and seal the case tightly.
If using Clear Care, the lenses must soak for at least 6 hours to neutralize before re-insertion. If you do not wait, you may hurt your eyes!
Contact Lens Care Instructions
Wash hands with a non-perfumed / non-lotion soap before inserting and removing contact lenses.
Before inserting the contact lens, make sure the contact lens is not inside-out. You may do this by examining the edges of the lens or using the “taco test.”
Apply make-up after inserting the contact lenses.
Generally, it is easier to insert the contact lens if your fingertip is dry.
Do not sleep in your contact lenses unless instructed otherwise. Do not shower or swim with your contact lenses.
